COMPUTER REPAIR & UPGRADE SERVICES

Easy Computer provides CompTIA A+ certified computer and network setup and repair services, both on-site (your place), as well as carry-in (our place). Charges are based on flat rates so that you will know the cost before any work is done. We will call you if parts are required before any work is done. We don’t charge if we don’t fix it. And if it’s not worth fixing, we will tell you and offer you options and ideas.

FLAT-RATE
Carry-in any Computer (Desktop, Laptop, Windows or Mac): $129.00
On-Site: $159.00 for the first hour, $65 for each additional hour. Many (if not most) problems are resolved within an hour.

Of course, cost of any parts your system or network might need, along with Hawaii Excise Tax, will be added. But, that’s it. No hidden costs, separate charges or travel charge. We don’t nickle and dime you.

NETWORK SET-UP

Easy Computer also provides on-site network setup and repair services. Want to go wireless with security, or have and extra computer(s) that you would like to share the Internet with? Or do you want to share a printer with more than one computer?

On-site Network setup or repair: $159.00 to setup up to three computers and one printer on the network.

DATA RECOVERY

We can attempt to recover lost data that is not backed up. Cost is based on type of recovery. We’ll give you a quote when you bring your system in. But make sure you’re backing up your data, so that you can avoid utilizing this service.
